Bedfordshire County Cricket League

Welcome to the Web Site of the most competative Sunday Cricket League in the Country.
I had the honour of taking over from the Leagues founding Chairman, Bob Gray in 1998.
With Kempston Sports & Waresley Cricket Club joining in 2008 we now have 27 member clubs.
In 2005 we started to operate a single League ladder format that sees promotion & relegation between our five divisions.
In 2007 we added a Development Division
We field a Representative XI in the Club Cricket Conference Inter League Competition.
The Representative XI in 2007 was rained off against the RAF Cricket Association at Dunstable Town CC on Thursday 10th May in a friendly fixture
We then beat the Middlesex Premier League at Ampthill Park & the Surrey County League at Dunstable Town in the Club Cricket Conference Inter League Knock Out to reach the Final
We then travelled to play the Essex Premier League (Division 1, 2 & 3)on Saturday 15th September at Bishop's Stortford Cricket Club.
We lost but all credit to Captains Carl Ferguson & Steve Watts. A great season(scorecards & fixtures can now be seen on the Beds Cricket Board site)
