Bedfordshire County Cricket League

Welcome to the Web Site of the most competitive Sunday Cricket League in the Country.
I had the honour of taking over from the Leagues founding Chairman, Bob Gray in 1998.
With Kempston Sports & Waresley Cricket Club joining in 2008 and Bedford & Aspley Guise we now have 29 member clubs.
In 2005 we started to operate a single League ladder format that sees promotion & relegation between our five divisions.
In 2007 we added a Development Division
We field a Representative XI in the Club Cricket Conference Inter League Competition.
The Representative XI in 2008 beat the RAF Cricket Association at RAF Vine Lane on Thursday 8th May in a friendly fixture
We then lost away to the Mid Essex League in the first round of the Club Cricket Conference Inter League Knock Out (a competition we reached the Final of in 2007)
The side is Captained by Carl Ferguson (Flitwick CC), scorecards & fixtures can now be seen on the Beds Cricket Board site.
In 2009 we will host the RAF on Wednesday 13th May at Leighton Buzzard Town CC, we also will visit Southill Park CC to help them celebrate their 125th year.
Hopefully we will once again take part in the Club Cricket Conference Inter League Knock Out

Ian Smith
Chairman

RAM Cricket

The Bedfordshire County Cricket League & Ram International Ltd has set up a partnership for our joint benefit. The partnership works by the league actively promoting Ram products to their members and any order that comes from those clubs results in a 5% discount on any Ram branded goods. A further 5% of the order value is then put aside for the league/organisation to use as and when they see fit.

Bedfordshire County Cricket League clubs just have to quote the Bedfordshire Cricket League deal on ordering and then the discounts will be calculated automatically.

This is NOT an exclusive deal – we can break the partnership at any time.
